I certify that all information given on this application and accompanying documents is true and correct.

I authorize the Company and its representatives to contact my prior employers and all others to investigate and verify the information I have provided on my employment application and accompanying documents and I release all of them from any liability resulting from such investigation or from any information released or obtained in the course of such investigation.

I understand that any falsification or omission of requested information may disqualify me from further consideration for employment and, if hired, may result in my dismissal regardless of the amount of time elapsed before discovery of such falsification or omission.

I understand that neither this Certification And Agreement nor the Application For Employment constitutes or contains a promise of employment.

If I am hired, I agree to the following:

  1. My employment is contingent upon meeting employability requirements of the Federal Immigration and Naturalization Service and submitting appropriate documentation to satisfy the requirement for completing the INS Form I-9.
